A year ago, the A-list uniform largely consisted of beautiful occasionwear, high heels, sharp tailoring and an
endless array of designer arm candy. Of course, we’re aware that this aesthetic may not apply to everyone in showbiz, but for the most part, it rings true. However, after a year where premieres were cancelled, awards shows were held on Zoom, and celebrity street style was practically rendered obsolete, the stars have subscribed to the loungewear life in a big way—just like the rest of us.
What sets celebrity loungewear apart from ours? Turns out, it’s not a whole lot. There are, however, a handful of key items that everyone from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to Rihanna seems to own.
Bike Shorts
Rosalía’s Burberry bike shorts are making us want to pull out all of the pairs we collected last summer.

The ribbed-white-tank-top trend that was everywhere last summer isn’t going anywhere, as Whitney Port proves.

JoyLab Portia High-Waisted Reversible Leggings ($35)
Overalls
Overalls for lounging? If you think about it, most pairs are quite baggy and comfortable, so go for it. Alexa Chung agrees.

Levi’s Vintage Overalls ($128)
Printed Matching Sets
Matching sets (we love the ones by LeSet) are an easy way to look polished while lounging (or Tik Toking, à la Gabrielle Union).

LeSet Harley Striped Stretch-Jersey Top and Pants Set ($220)
Fuchsia
Who says loungewear has to be neutral or pastel? Not Kourtney Kardashian. The fuchsia trend looks as cool at home as it does out in the world.
